| Standard Writing Competition conducted by GGHS Kumate | | |  Early Times Report
Ramban, May 13: Govt. Girls High School Kumate, Ramban conducted standard writing competition in collaboration with BIS, Jammu & Kashmir Branch Office. The event was inaugurated by the worthy Headmaster by giving a brief introduction about BIS, its motive, importance and implementation.
The program was then carried forward by Resource Person BIS, Mr. Jawaz Iqbal Wani who orient the students with the quality and Standards and the protocol to be followed using BIS guidelines to analyse the products of any kind for their originality, durability and safety. Students asked various queries about the quality and Standards and had an open discussion on it.
After that Standard writing competition was held in which 25 students participated.
Mentor of Standard club Mr. Sajjad Ahmed conducted the proceedings of the program and managed the program efficiently. At the end Prizes were distributed among the students by Worthy Headmaster and DNO Standard clubs among the students in which Maneta Devi & Tehsena Bano (10th) got- Ist Prize Anjana and Palvi (9th) got 2nd Prize, Nishad & Mokal (10th) got 3rd Prize and Rohit and Vinod (9th) got consolation prize.
Mr Irfan Ahmed Wani, Jaswant Singh and Daljit Singh act as jury members of standard writing competition.
Finally the vote of thanks was presented by Chain Singh, Sr. Teacher. |
