| 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 19: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Nagrota and PP Phallian Mandal acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
03 Tractor Trollies without Registration, by PS Nagrota. One Tipper bearing Registration No JK02DB-7440, by PP Phallian Mandal. DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same. The recoveries were made by SHO PS Nagrota Inspr Vishav Partap Singh and I/C PP Phallian Mandal PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal in their respective jurisdiction.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
