10/19/2023 10:56:19 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 19: After suppressing the revolt of the rebel leaders, the BJP reinstated leaders who were removed from their positions in August this year.
BJP nominated Vir Saraf as the party’s Vistarak for the Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary constituency.
Similarly, another leader Mudassar Wani has been nominated as Vistarak for the Srinagar Parliamentary constituency.
Important to mention here that Vir Saraf, who was a full-timer in the party, was recalled from South Kashmir and asked to report to party headquarters at Trikuta Nagar after some senior leaders of Valley raised a banner of revolt,
Similarly, Mudassar Wani, another full-timer of the party was recalled from North Kashmir. He was also asked to report to the party headquarters at Trikuta Nagar.
Although Vir Saraf and Musassar Wani have been reinstated from their positions, another leader Abhijit Jasrotia is yet to be reinstated.
Three leaders were removed from their respective positions on August 12 when senior leaders from Kashmir Valley threatened to resign from the party against the arrogant attitude of new entrants.
As reported earlier, all rebel BJP leaders from Kashmir Valley have rendered unconditional apologies and promised not to indulge in any such activities in the future.
Eight rebel leaders have submitted written replies to the show cause notices served to them by the Disciplinary Committee.
In their replies, the rebel leaders made it clear that they are dedicated and committed party workers and they never think of working against the interests of the party.
On September 29, the BJP’s Disciplinary Committee issued notices to eight party rebels in Kashmir.
