Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra uplifts public spirit in Doda District for a better future

DODA, Dec 13: The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is making a huge difference in the life of the people of District Doda. The special initiative aims to bring positive changes in the area by spreading awareness about the government programs assess the impact on the ground level. The Yatra covered rural areas across Doda, Khellani, Bhaderwah, Gundna, Jakyas, and Chilly Pingal blocks to facilitate the overall development of the region.
The Yatra has left a strong impact on many villages, including Paryote A, Paryote B, Hanch, Jijote, Dugga, Misrata, Bhalwana, Barshalla, Bhatyas, Chanyas Bhatoli, and Mano. Residents in these areas evinced great enthusiasm where government officials organized cultural events, sports activities, and showcased government initiatives on big screens. They highlighted schemes like PM KISAN, Vishwakarma, Suraksha Bima Yojna, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, JJM, Poshan Abhiyaan, and many others related to welfare, employment, and income generation.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra not only celebrates the rich culture of the region but also gives government departments a chance to showcase their programs. This event includes pledge ceremonies, health checkups, quizzes, and cultural activities. People in various villages came together to celebrate, and the Prime Minister's messages about government programs were shown on big screens. This collective effort encourages everyone to participate in the country's progress.
