Jammu, Mar 12: Senior leader and MLA Poonch Ajaz Jan today raised the issue of disappearance of a 17-year-old boy from Poonch going missing in the Legislative Assembly on Wednesday. Yawar Rashid, son of Mohammad Rashid of Mandi, Poonch, went missing in Jammu after appearing for an examination.
Expressing deep concern over the matter, Ajaz Jan urged the government and the Home Department to take immediate action and conduct a thorough inquiry to trace the missing boy at the earliest.
He emphasized that the safety of students and citizens must be a top priority and called for a swift and transparent investigation.
Ajaz Jan also appealed to the administration, law enforcement agencies, and the general public to extend their support in locating the boy and ensuring his safe return to his family.
He reiterated that such incidents cause immense distress to families and must be handled with urgency to ensure justice and accountability. |
