Shopian, July 12: Describing Army Goodwill Schools as symbols of hope and opportunity for many in remote and far- flung areas, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday said that Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed remarkable transformation during the past five years.
