POONCH, Sept 1: Senior leader of the National Conference and noted intellectual, Shamsher Hakla Poonchi, has expressed joy and satisfaction over the appointment of Mukhtar Manhas as Chief Education Officer of district Poonch. He praised the decision of Education Minister Sakina Itoo, the Director of School Education Jammu, and the government, calling it timely and commendable.
Hakla Poonchi stated that Mukhtar Manhas is a talented educationist, highly experienced, and a person of great integrity, who will play a vital role in improving, strengthening, and making the education system in Poonch more result-oriented.
He congratulated Mukhtar Manhas on assuming charge as CEO Poonch and, while extending his best wishes, said that Manhas's unique working style and high standards will open new horizons in the educational sector of the district.
Hakla Poonchi further remarked that, with the passage of time, it will be proven that under the leadership of Mukhtar Manhas, the standard of education will rise significantly, and he will establish himself as an exemplary officer. |
