JKBOSE defers Class 10th, 11th exams | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sept 10: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) on Wednesday postponed the Class 10th and 11th examinations slated for September 10 across the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh, citing law and order disturbances in Doda district. As per an official statement, restrictions on public movement and transport in Doda made it difficult to hold the exams as scheduled. The statement said that the decision was taken to ensure the safety of students and smooth conduct of examinations. Fresh dates for the postponed papers will be announced separately. |
