Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 4: After getting cold-shoulder response from constituents of Peoples’ Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) has started luring Independents to capture some DDCs in Kashmir Valley. Interestingly National Conference leadership has also assigned the job to some senior leaders to rope in Independents to spoil PDP’s game-plan to capture DDCs. Not only constituents of PAGD, even Congress party-the arch rival of BJP, is also hesitating to support PDP candidates on some DDCs of Kashmir Valley.
