Early Times Report jammu, Feb 7: After abolition of five year age relaxation for youth of Jammu and Kashmir in civil services examinations conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC), the Union government has given another shocker by making it clear that no decision regarding domicile law has been taken. This assertion was made by Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy, in the lower house of parliament, in written response to an un-starred question of Member Parliament PR Natrarjan. The MP had asked, whether the Government has taken any decision to bring domicile law to protect the lands, properties and jobs in Jammu region. He had also called for details of the constitutional rights already available and the rights in the new proposed domicile law, along with reasons if no decision has been taken so far. Instead of giving a detailed reply, the MOS Home Affairs gave a written reply, which reads, "As on date, the Government has not taken any decision regarding domicile law in Jammu and Kashmir".
