Early Times Report Jammu, June 19: Principal Government Medical College Jammu, Dr Nasib Chand Digra, has allegedly violated a government order by designating Dr Dinesh Kumar, Professor, and Head as Academic Registrar in addition to his own work and duties vide order no. GMC/20/Order/379 dated 18.6.2020. Sources claimed: “The order issued by the GMC principal is violation of the various government, cabinet orders issued from time to time. The Academic Registrar post is primarily classified as a promotional post. At the same time 125 new positive cases were reported today. Reports said that fresh COVID-19 deaths were reported from Nowshera-Srinagar, Bemina-Srinagar, Shopian and Sopore-Baramulla. Early Times Report Jammu, June 19: Even as authorities ordered a probe into the death of two persons while cremating their relative who died of coronavirus, the father of one of the deceased on Friday alleged his son was "murdered by the authorities by their negligence". Two cousins -- Vipin Zadoo, 30 and Vimal Zadoo, 43 -- had collapsed while cremating their uncle on Thursday and died at the cremation ground.
