Jehangir Rashid Early Times Report SRINAGAR, June 16: Rules continue to be flouted at the Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JK EDI) with the lead role being played by the Executive Director of the Institute. The violation of government orders amid COVID-19 pandemic has put the lives of its employees at risk. Sources told Early Times that one of the senior officers of EDI has tested positive for the Corona Virus. They said that almost a week after he was asked to join his duties at Pampore campus of the Institute, where he reportedly interacted with scores of his colleagues, the officer tested positive for the Corona Virus last Thursday. The infected officer has been put under quarantine at a government hospital. “The officer got himself tested in Srinagar as he had been directed by the Institute authorities to report to his duties in Jammu division.
