Jammu, June 22: A Delegation of Transport Nagar Association Led by its Chairman Rahul Sahai Met Vikas Sharma, Vice Chairman, Jammu Devlopement Authority in Jammu. Vice Chairman welcomed the TNA members with suggestions on Devlopement Drive for Transport Nagar
Chairman TNA Rahul sahai sensitised Vc about various critical issues faced by establishments of Transport Nagar and discussed in detail about issues mentioned below
JDA departmental processing issues, Sanitation, Lighting, Roads black topping, Water leakage issues, Handing over Transport Nagar to other departments like PWD for development of roads, JMC for Sanitation & Drainage, New Drainage system , Cleaning and repair of Nallah’s , Encroachments concerns, Making of Shulabh Shauchalya’s, Repairs of Dividers, Maintenance and Plantation, Conversion of lease hold to free hold rights, lease deed issues , building bye laws at par with JMC, Double fee issues, Transfer policy, Parking concerns at Transport Nagar and Time bound transfer of property
Vice Chairman JDA discussed issues with the dealing officers present in the meeting to solve the grievances and shortlisted works to be taken in 1st phase so that Development drive should start , Delegation was dealt with very positive working atmosphere and delegation appreciated working style of Vc in which he again called them for follow up meeting soon
