28 buildings sealed in Katra 4/6/2014 1:17:46 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 5: As many as 28 illegal buildings were today sealed in Katra of Reasi district. In a statement issued here today District Magistrate (DM) Reasi Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, said, "These buildings have been sealed in in compliance of directions issued by High Court in matter of WPPIL 29/2013 titled A Citizen V/S J&k Govt and others." The statement said in all 17 buildings were sealed for violation of Master Plan and other 11 for violating Municipal Laws after approval of plans. “Three teams headed by DFO Reasi, CEO KDA and Executive Officer Municipal Committee Katra were constituted for sealing of buildings constructed in violation of forest laws, master plan and municipal laws respectively, it added.
