Rahul likely to address public rally in Doda today 4/11/2014 12:03:33 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 10 : All India Congress Committee vice president Rahul Gandhi is likely to address an election rally on April 11 in mountainous Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. Rahul will address rally in favour of Union Minister and Congress candidate from Udhampur-Doda constituency Ghulam Nabi Azad. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah would also join the rally along with Mr Azad.
