Bhandari criticizes GREF for sub standard work 4/11/2014 12:00:50 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Apr 10: Chairman Chinar Power Projects Workers Union District Kishtwar, Joginder Bhandari has criticized the BEACON Kishtwar for using substandard material in the execution of various works on Kishtwar-Sinthan, Kishtwar-Thathri and Kishtwar-Paddar roads. Bhandari accused Officer Commanding 118 RCC of worst condition of road leading from Malipath to Kuleed Chowk as several pot holes have been developed at many places on this road stretch. He said that students who are traveling and walking on this road are the worst suffers. He said that with each passing day the numbers of road accidents are increasing due to bad condition of roads.
