Congress seeks regularization of ReZs 8/23/2014 11:09:34 PM Kishtwar, Aug 23: Congress leader of Kishtwar Thakur Randeep Bhandari has urged upon state government for regularization of Rehbar-e-Zairat technocrats. He also urged upon district administration Kishtwar, KDA and Muncipilaty Commiitee Kishtwar that Chowgan ground, which is a point of attraction in Kishtwar has been witnessing large heaps of garbage and polythene carry bags. Bhandari also said that there are 2642 employees working as Rehber-e-Ziraat in the Agriculture Production Department of J&K state since the year 2007. They are possessing highly specialized degrees i.e B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph. D. in the field of Agriculture science who joined as Rehber-e-Ziraat on a meager emolument of Rs. 1500/- per month w.e.f 2007 and increased stipened of Rs. 3000/- per month from year 2010.
