| Placement drive launched | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Aug 23: Under the project UDAAN a placement drive was organized in Govt. Degree College Kathua by Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) in which 32 candidates appeared for the interview and out of which 25 were selected.These candidates after 3 months training period shall be provided job opportunity. During the training, other than free boarding and lodging, a stipend of Rs 2500 per month shall also be provided. IL&FS Skills Development Corporation Limited (IL&FS Skills) is part of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) group. The company is promoted by the IL&FS group as part of its large scale social infrastructure initiative under the realm of IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited (IETS) in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). IL&FS Skills is one of the largest Public Private Partnership model set up in the Skill Training and Vocational Education arena of India. Principal of the college Dr. B.L Gupta who was also present on the occasion. |
