Kishtwar, Sept 30: In upcoming festivals of Eid ul Zuha and Dushera, a team of officers headed by SDM Chatroo, Kartar Singh today conducted an adulteration drive in main market of Chatroo. During the adulteration, the team noticed violations of non display of rate lists, over charging, and un hygienic food items in several shops. A fine of Rs. 3500/- has been imposed by the defaulters on spot. Besides, the team also destroyed rotton vegetables, fruits and other eatables in the market. Strict instructions have been given to the defaulters to maintain standard hygiene in their shops. |
