Bail denied to accused in gang rape case 9/30/2014 11:05:12 PM Jammu, Sept30: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court YP Kotwal rejected the bail application of one Anil Kumar Billa who was arrested in alleged Gang Rape case. According to the police case that prosecutrix asked one of the accused Mukesh to drop her at Jagti as there was no matador at about9:30 from Jewel. He instead of taking her to Jagti, took her towards Muthi and forcibly took her to a house at Muthi where two boys were already present and all the three accused consumed liquor, they also forcibly made the prosecutrix to take liquor and thereafter all the three accused including the applicant committed gang rape on the prosecutrix for the whole night. Proseutrix lodged a complaint to the police station and police registered a case. Presiding Officer Fast Track Court YP Kotwal after hearing both the sides observed that during the course of investigation offences of abduction, illegal confinement and gang rape have been established and the investigation of the case has not completed as yet the statement of witnesses are not recorded.
