Mufti to address public rally at Kishtwar on Nov 23 11/18/2014 12:06:39 AM Kishtwar, Nov 17: PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is scheduled to address a public rally at Kishtwar on November 23 when campaigning for first phase of assembly elections in J&K will come to an end. He would address the rally at historical Chowgan Ground where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to address an election rally. "It is the political importance of Kishtwar that the icons of Indian politics prefer to come here to address election rallies," said people of Kishtwar. Since Modi announced the schedule for Kishtwar rally, political parties are in a race to address rallies here and register a historical win. In the last Lok Sabha polls, PDP had registered lead in 41 assembly segments. BJP is also a strong contestant and has set the target of 44+ seats in J&K.
