33 candidates in fray for three Assembly seats in Udhampur 11/18/2014 12:18:13 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 17 : A total of 33 candidates are left in fray for three assembly constituencies in Udhampur district after last date of withdrawal for nomination for the second phase of assembly elections ended on Monday. The notification for the second phase of assembly elections in the state was issued on November 11 and November 14 was fixed as the last date for filing the nominations. The scrutiny of the nomination papers for the second phase of assembly elections was held on November 15 whereas today on November 17 it was the last date for the withdrawal of the nominations.  In the three constituencies of Udhampur district 33 candidates have filed their nomination papers out of which 13 nominations are from Udhampur,  8 from Chenani 12 from Ramnagar assembly constituency.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
