If PM can work 18 hrs in a day, why cannot bureaucrats in J&K: MLA Billawar

Dayalachak, Jan 20: "If Prime Minister of India can work 18 hours a day for the development of the country, why can't a bureaucrat work for the smooth functioning of the department?" Dr Nirmal Singh instructed District level Officers in meeting at Dayalachak, District Kathua where many delegations also call on MLA Billawar and expressed grievances against Mal-functioning of government departments especially PHE, PWD and PDD. He reviewed ongoing developmental schemes and ensured to reinstall block works.
Dr Nirmal said People are suffering due to insufficient Drinking water and Power supply in Billawar constituencies but departments mum and act like spectators which would not be tolerated in days to come.
He said," BJP realizes its responsibilities towards denizens and their suffering will be redressed on priority basis". While viewing on Billawar Bus stand, he said bus stand and Toilets face negligence of Municipal committee that would review soon and instruction would be given for the renovation of toilet and bus stand Billawar.
He said development has been politicized in J&K for personal benefits since Independence But people gave them reply in Assembly election.
Dr Nirmal said Dayalachak to Challan, an alternative route to Udhampur and towards Srinagar but has been neglected by previous government shall be converted to National Highway.
He said Union government funded to state government to release monthly remuneration of teachers working under SSA and Daily wagers of several departments including PHE but former state government utilized the fund for their own benefits.
