7 candidates in fray for 4 Rajya Sabha seats 1/29/2015 11:24:16 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 29 : The Returning Officer for Biennial Election to the Council of States today issued the list of validly nominated candidates after the scrutiny of their nomination papers. The candidates in fray for the 4 Rajya Sabah seats include Mir Mohammad Fayaz (PDP), Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo (NC), Shamsher Singh (BJP), Nasir Aslam Wani (NC), Nazir Ahmad Laway (PDP), Chander Mohan Sharma (BJP) and Ghulam Nabi Azad (INC).
