60 unfair means cases framed in Hr Sec-II exam in Poonch-Rajouri
Supervisory staff of several centres placed under suspension in Rajouri

POONCH, RAJOURI, Mar 21: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Poonch, along-with flying squad comprising of Principals and equivalent paid surprised visit to 10 Higher Secondary Part-II examination centres at Mendhar and Mankote Tehsils of this District and framed 30 unfair means cases at various centres. CEO Poonch Lal Hussain accompanied by Madan Lal Sharma, Azrar Hussain, Ifkthiar Ali Shah, Hamida Begum and MP Sharma, Sr. Lecturers Romesh Sharma, Anwar Khan and Lecturers namely Nusrat Koser, Mohd Tariq, Mohd Safeer, Rajinder Kour, Mohd Hafiz and Mohd Sadeeq were part of the inspection team. At centre no 4510 at HSS Harni Nighat Yasmeen teacher, Samina Nasreen Lab. Asstt. And Mohd Tazeem teacher all from HSS Harni and acting as supervisors were found aiding the unfair means in the examination centre and hence placed under suspension with immediate effect. At centre no 4514 and 4515 at HSS (G) Mendhar, Mushtaq Ahmed teacher and Sobia Zia teacher GMS Kund were also placed under suspension for derelictions in performing their duties as supervisor in the said centre.
Moreover, entire staff engaged at centre nos. 4514 and 4515 at GHSS Mendhar has been replaced. In centre 4511 at Muqadas Academy Mendhar
Saleem Shah Sr. Lecturer HSS (B) Mendhar (Supdtt.) and Anwaar Hussain Shah Lecturer HSS Ghani (Dy. Supdtt.) and in centre 4512 at Muqadas Academy Mendhar Mohd Mahroof Sr. Lecturer HSS Dhargloon (Supdtt.) and Najma Firdose Lecturer HSS Bufliaz (Dy. Supdtt.) have been replaced on account of derelictions in performing their duties in the examination centres. Moreover the directions were passed to Dy. Chief Education Officer Poonch Hqr. Mendhar for providing the new supervisory staff at examination centres 4511 and 4512 in Muqadas Academy Mendhar.
Meanwhile, on the directions from Education Minister to stop/control the menace of mass copying during ensuing 12th class examination in the district, Deepati Uppal, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Education Officer (CEO) AH Fani, Deputy CEO, Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Nowshera and many other senior district/education officials during their surprise visits have framed 30 cases of unfair means at various places. Meanwhile, after several complaints of involvement of examination staff in providing help/relaxation to the examinees, AH Fani ,CEO vide his office letter No. CEOR/Gen/2014-15/26528-33 dt 20/3/2015 has reshuffled 6 Examination Superintendents for the remaining papers.
Those reshuffled for the smooth/fair conduct of rest of the papers are lecturer Ashok Kumar from Lamberi Higher Secondary School (HSS) to HSS at Triyath, Lect Satish Kumar from girls HSS Nowshera to girls HSS at Darhal, lect Havinder Singh from boys HSS Nowshera to boys HSS at Darhal, lect Anzar Hussain from BHSS Darhal to BHSS Nowshera, lect Tariq Ahmed from GHSS Darhal to GHSS at Nowshera and lect Om Parkash from HSS Triyath to HSS at Lamberi.
All these adjustments were made after the directions from Deputy Commissioner Rajouri vide her office letter No.PA/DCR/15/564-67dt20/3/15.
