JAMMU, Apr 21: The enforcement staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed two no's of premises at Plot No: 91 Sec No: 1-A and at Plot no: 85 Sec No: 2 Channi Himmat Jammu for raising the constructions unauthorizedly without seeking the valid permission from Jammu Municipal Corporation as required under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The action of sealing the premises have been taken under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.
According to press release, apart from this, the team also demolished the ongoing unauthorized construction of 06 no's of juggies which were being raised in open plot in Sec No: C, Sainik Colony, Jammu causing inconvenience to the residents of locality.
The sealing of the premises have been taken conducted with the help of police force from Police Station Channi Himmat, Jammu and from District Police Lines, Jammu. |
