DC Rajouri seeks explanation from two absent 'medicos' 4/21/2015 11:41:52 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Apr 21: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Deepati Uppal paid a surprise visit to Public Health Centre (PHC) Budhal and found Medical Officer and Dental Surgeon absent from their duties in an unauthorized manner and has sought their explanation within two days. Official sources said that Deputy Commissioner Rajouri before chairing a public meeting at tehsil headquarters at Budhal paid a surprise visit to PHC Budhal in order to check punctuality / presence of staff members. During her visit to PHC, she found Dr Jahangir Khan, MO and Heena Kousar , Dental Surgeon absent in an unauthorised manner, official said and added the DC Rajouri has sought explanation from them to explain their position within two days through concerned Block Medical Officer (BMO).
