Jammu, May 26: As a part of the 15 days summer camp 'Fun In the Sun' about 45 students of Air Force School (AFS) Jammu today visited the ISCKON temple Udhampur.
According to press release, the visit was arranged not only to inculcate religious values in students but also create religious tolerance and secularism.
The visit was facilitated by Mata Kunti Devi, Temple Incharge ISCKON, Udhampur. The students interacted with the students of the ISCKON school and enjoyed the Bhakti Ras of Bhajans.
They sang and danced to their hearts immense joy and enjoyed the Prasad arranged for the students.
Vikesh Sandhal, Principal, Air Force School also accompanied the students .He stressed that such visits help students to stay grounded with the rich culture of our great nation and appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff of ISCKON. |
