Jmc Commissioner Soujanya Sharma Said "Kapil yet to be relieved by the corporation, as he himself assumes the charge of Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu (ADC)", he asserted. When asked why the website shows Kapil as Joint Commissioner, commissioner, he said, "actually those who are entrusted with updating the website think Kapil might came back again. But by tomorrow I will set things right," he maintained. When contacted Kapil Sharma said "I have to comply with orders of GAD and I am not the Joint Commissioner." Kapil Sharma stated that he was not the joint commissioner (works) as the post is usually filled by an engineer. "I was Joint Commissioner (adm)."
