UDHAMPUR, Aug 28: Rent Assessment Committee (RAC) which met here today to discuss and approve the rent cases of private buildings occupied by various State and Central Government, Civil Department and Police. Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Udhampur, Rajeev Magotra chaired the meeting wherein out of 26 cases taken up for assessment, 23 cases were approved. The remaining 3 cases were deferred by the committee for further re-assessment. Executive Engineer PWD, Rajesh Gupta, Chief Medical Officer, Dr Arun Sharma, DIO, members of RAC, Officers of various concerned department and owners of the private buildings were also present in the meeting. |
