Jammu, Sept 3: Asserting that only viable solution of vexed Kashmir problem is reorganization of J&K State which will enable to fulfill the aspirations of all the segments of people in the state, Kundan Kashmiri President Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) in a press statement stated that said reorganization of J&K state with separate Kashyap Bhoomi for Kashmiri Pundits and abrogation of article 370 is only 'viable solution' to vexed Kashmir problem.
In a press statement issued from New Delhi, Kundan Kashmiri president Kashmiri Pandit Conference, stated that it is certain that without reorganization neither the internal crisis of the state nor the landless -- Homeless people like Kashmiri Pandits and others can get the justice and their rights, as well as no issue related to the political equality of all major segments of the people of the state can be resolved in absence of such dispensation. He alleged that Kashmiri Pandits, Dogras, Buddhists, Sikhs, Shiias, Gujjars and Bakarwals have been relegated to less than second class citizens after the control of the State was handed over to the Valley based Kashmiri Muslim leaders. "This practice has proved grossly unjust, undemocratic, in-human, anti-national and out rightly communal, he added. Demanding abrogation of Article 370, he said, "The youngest Muslim rulers now ruling the state have gone to the extent of questioning the basic meaning, scope and the integrity of the J&K accession to India due to the disruptive walls of separatism borne out due to temporary provision of Article 370 of the Constitution." Accrediting various organizations working unitedly, he said that credit goes to the zeal, relentless efforts, struggle and sacrifices of Kashmiri Pandits under various banners like, KPC, ASKPC, PK, AIKS, KSD and others who have debated thoroughly the future in national and international forums.
Meanwhile KPC headed by Kundan Kashmiri has given the slogans to KP community which included Abolishing Article 370, separate Kashyap Bhoomi within the ambit of Indian Constitution, return to Kashayp Bhoomi on own terms and conditions and KPC believes that whole Kashmir belongs to Kashmiri Community. |
