According to sources the junior BJP ministers are most worried as their senior colleagues have not delegated the powers to them and this has made them totally worried. In comparison to that the senior BJP ministers have delegated powers to their junior colleagues of BJP.
Sources said dejected with the approach of their senior colleagues from PDP the junior ministers of BJP have made a complaint before Party High Command in Union Capital also and two junior ministers of the Party left for Union Capital to apprise the High Command the harassment meted out to them through the hands of their senior colleagues.
These junior ministers who met the Party national president Amit Shah, Organizational national general secretary Ram Lal and Party general secretary, Ram Madhav in union Capital informed them that they feel suffocated in the Government as they are unable to interfare in the working of the ministries and no paper is sent to them even for scrutiny or official note.
Sources said the senior and Cabinet Ministers have taken all powers in their hands to such an extent that even the bureaucracy is not entertaining any official order or directive given by them. This has created humiliating situation for the junior ministers. The situation has deteriorated to such an extent that a senior bureaucrat in civil Secretariat has removed the name of a junior minister from the official website of the Government on the behest of the Cabinet Minister creating a humiliating situation for the junior minister, sources added.
Sources said that such an attitude of the senior ministers especially from PDP towards the BJP has also harmed the interests of coalition and if this situation persists for more time the days of the coalition are numbered in the State.
Sources said the two parties since the formation of Government have been marred by controversies one after the other and due to lack of understanding and coordination between the coalition partners, the public is being put to unnecessary problems.
