Jammu, Sept 22: Nami Dogri Sanstha today organized Kavi-cum-Kahani Ghoshti at Sewa Bharti Jammu which was presided over by Arash Om Dalmotra whereas Sham Talib, President Adbi Kung was the Chief Guest.
A galaxy of art-loving audience was present there in which Shambu Ram Pyasa, K.L.Deewana, Manjit Singh Karma read their short stories and Ashok Sharma, Dogra Harish Kaila, Som Raj Taroch read their poems.
While addressing the audience and participants, Aarsh Om Dalmotra said that the writers of Jammu region have contributed a lot for the promotion of language and literature saying that in future such programmes shall continue to be organized based on interaction and exchange of thoughts in the form of poetry, short stories etc. Earlier welcome address was given by Dogra Halrish Kaila whereas proceedings of the function were conducted by Shambu Ram Paysa. |
