JAMMU, Sept 23: Bishnah boys excelled in kabaddi and volleyball events winning the finals in the inter-block district level under-16 sports meet, organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) under Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan (RGKA) at MA Stadium and Government Higher Secondary School Domana, here.
While athletics and wrestling events held at MA Stadium, the competition in team events of kho-kho, volleyball and kabaddi took place at Domana.
Earlier, in kabaddi, Bishnah block defeated R S Pura 42-30. Later, to make it a double title win, Bishnah boys trounced Khour block in straight sets in volleyball final. The kho-kho event won by Akhnoor block, who defeated their counterparts from R S Pura 13-07.
