Speaker nominates BAC members 9/23/2015 10:56:04 PM Early Times Report srinagar, Sept 23: Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta nominated members of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) here today.
