Two missing girls recovered from Merut

Jammu, Nov 15 : Channi Himmat police claimed to have recovered the two missing minor girls from Merut, Uttar Pradesh.
The girls went missing from the area on November 14, 2015 and accordingly a report was lodged with the Channi Himmat police station.
The girls were later handed over to their parents after legal formalities and medical examination. As per police sources, the girls namely Sapna daughter of Khanderkar of Nepal and Komal Yadav daughter of Om Prakash of Madya Pradesh at present Channi Himmat went missing and accordingly their parents lodged complaint with the police.
During investigation Channi Police led by SHO Sajad Haider got clue that the duo was in Merut and accordingly a police team was constituted by SSP Jammu Uttam Chand and dispatched to Merut from where they were brought to Jammu. The entire exercise was done under the supervision of SDPO East Rafiq Manhas and SP South Sehzad Salaria.
