PIL seeking ban on sale, constructions over Khads: DB reserved judgment 2/2/2016 11:06:42 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 2: In the much publicized Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Balbir Singh seeking Ban on constructions over land mentioned in the Revenue Record as Gair Mumkin Khads today a Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Chief Justice N.Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing the matter at length reserved the judgment. Advocates Abhinav Sharma and B.R.Manhas appeared on behalf of the PIL whereas Advocate General Jahangir Iqbal Ganai with AAG Ahsan Mirza appeared on behalf of the State whereas Advocates A.K.Sawhney, O.P.Thakur, Sakal Bhushan, Aseem Sawhney appeared on behalf of the private respondents who had moved applications for vacation of the interim directions whereas Advocate Adarsh Sharma appeared on behalf of Jammu Development Authority. --(JNF)   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
