Girls outshined boys in 10th class result winter zone Out of 16 students in top 10, 13 are girls 2/2/2016 11:12:57 PM Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Kishtwar, Feb 2: After showing supremacy in 8th and 12th class result, the girls once again outshined boys in 10th class winter zone result of erstwhile Doda district the result of which was declared today by Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education. Overall 16 students grabbed first 10 position and out of these 16 toppers, 13 are girls. As per the details available with "Early Times" Arjamand Bichoo daughter of Masood Ahmed Bichoo and Saleema Akther resident of Padder Kishtwar, a student of Sunita Devi Memorial School Kishtwar with Roll No. 3631055 bagged 480 (96%) marks out of 500 and tops the result this year followed by another girl namely Harjeet Kour daughter of Jagdev Singh and Amarjeet Singh of Happy Home High School Khellani, Samiya Anand daughter of Manoj Kumar and Omesh Kumari of Holy Hut Public School Bani, bagged 474 marks, Simran daughter of Phulail Singh and Brij Bhalla of Government Girls High School Atholi bagged 474 marks, Madiyah Muqadas daughter of Abdul Haq Sheikh and Shagufta Sheikh resident of Astanpaien, a student of Furqan academy who secured 472 marks. Among boys Aryan Ajay Sen son of Ajay Kumar Sen and Rajni Sen of Alfa Institute of Education and Research Doda, secured 478 marks Sumit Kumar son of Sanjay Kumar resident of Lopara Dachhan secured 450 marks while Shazaib Dev son of Tariq Hussain Dev Resident of Ward No. 13 Kishtwar secured 437 marks in this year result. While talking to "Early Times", the topper Arjamand Bichoo said that though she was expecting good marks in the result, added that she feels overjoyed. "I am really happy after coming to know that I topped in this year 10th class result--- I am really thankful to Almighty Allah, parents and teachers" said Arjamand.
