| | It is very disheartening to know that government is planning to abandon operations of special summer secretariat in Jammu for the coming six months. This is in fact a gift of treacherous move of Kashmir centric politics to the Jammuties, with silent connivance of BJP ministers and leadership, who dare not to open their mouth for any relief to Jammuties. This will attract an 'eye brow' on them from PDP leadership. What a shameful situation for our leaders, who boast of all good to the Jammu region in words and practically bow before their masters in alliance, for the sake of their clinging to the power corridors. The people have multiple problems during summer in Jammu, if Jammu will be abandoned for summer secretariat; the people have to be at the mercy of God, when their elected representatives will enjoy cool valley in Kashmir. These mindless leaders of Jammu appear to have no senses, as they are silent on the matter, which is of great concern to a common man of Jammu region. We humbly request the Honorable CM of the State, to act practically for Jammu region also, instead of airing hollow concern in her various visits to the parts of the Jammu region and expressing her great concern for all the three regions. The madam should let of some concessions to our BJP ministers, so that they could dare to think something at their own wits and mind. Otherwise we, the people of Jammu region will be getting only flying kisses from our BJP ministers, who are more concerned to please their PDP counterpart rather than to look for the miseries of the persons, riding whose shoulder they are enjoying the berth credited by the Modi wave, whereas they are of no value at their own. Many of the incumbent ministers from BJP quota have never won assembly elections and the present lottery opened in their favor have made them to fly in the sky, but sooner or later their wings will be clipped by the people at the right time, if they will not come out of their autocratic vision and will start working for the common man. They should realize that the common man understand the value of their vote. So it should be known to these ministers and leaders, that 'People are not afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of the people". The BJP ministers are went upon to certify the words of Gerald R Ford, thirty-eighth President of the United States that "A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have". Concluding, we pray to God that let good sense prevail upon our leaders for providing solace to the common people and they should shed the western culture of 'Flying Kisses' and adopt Indian culture of 'Shake Hand' and greetings with warmth of affection and sense of belonging. |
