Jammu, May 11: To develop the Common Yoga Protocol for the International Day of Yoga, a 36 hours training requirements programme was inaugurated by Vichar Kranti Manch Int'l in the J&K State at Samriti Bhawan Bakshi Nagar. Rattan Lal Mahajan (Ratto Shah), a Social Reformer and Former President of Ware House and Nehru Market Federation, was Chief Guest Narinder Kumar Jain, State President, BM Meditation Trust and Research Centre Kup (Pb) presided over the function. The function started with lighting of Traditional Lamp, Yoga Expert and Advisor VKMI Sodagar Shah explained the details of programme to be taken up during month long Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) in connection with the celebration of Int'l Day of Yoga 2016, which will be concluded on 21 June 2016. S. K. Jain, President explained the need of Yoga in day to day life, as it is a process of progress at Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual level. With the efforts of our Worthy Prime Minister Narendra Modi, The United Nations has declared 21st June as Int'l Day of Yoga. |
