Jammu, May 11: To improve presentation skills and to inculcate habit of good handwriting among students, J.P. World School Channi, Jammu organized inter section English Calligraphy Competition today at school campus. All students from class 1st to 10th participated in it.
They exhibited their writing skills in different forms of calligraphy like Lamar Pen, Aphrodite Slim Pro, Hummingbird, Old English etc. The assessment was done by the members of jury on the basis of writing style, curves and patterns, legibility and neatness, beautification etc. At the end of the competition, the results were announced by the school Principal, Jitinder Singh Hundal. Manya, Vanishika, Noshiba, Danish, Novreen Priya from 5th class , Insha Malik, Taiyab Sheikh, Jaideep, Ambika, Najid, Chaitanya from 6th class, Wasif, Zunaira, Sabah, Gagandeep, Aradhika, Taniya Rajput from 7th class, Tariq, Sadiya, Prabnoor, Amitoj, Rashmi, Adishree from 8th class, Prabdeep, Akshat, Spinderjeet, Rimsha, Ankush from 9th class and Esha Singh, Tamanna, Faiza, Sona Singh, Archita, Harkirat were declared as winners. |
