udhampur, May 13: A 12th class student shot himself dead with a double barrel gun at his house in village Dansal Thesil Majalta Udhampur district under mysterious circumstances.
According to the police sources, one Rohit (19) s/o Bhuri Ram of Dansal shot self late last night. On hearing gun-shot family members rushed to his room and found him lying in pool of blood, police sources said, adding, "they immediately called the police."
"Police after getting the information rushed the spot and took the critically injured to the PHC Majalta, where doctors declared him brought dead. Police sources said that body has been sent for postmortem, after completion of legal formalities the body of deceased was handed over to family members.
