Jammu, Aug 3: Raj Kumar Dogra, Meditation and Spiritual Guru and Chairperson of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust suggesting J&K youth to adopt the path of meditation and spirituality and has taken the initiative of taking youths towards meditation and spirituality and make them understand about the immense benefits of the same. According to Dogra, many of the youths in J&K are deviated from the right path and indulged in anti-social activities in one way or the other. The crime rate in J&K is increasing day by day and most of the crimes are committed by the youths in the age group of 16-35. According to him, the youth of today is the future of tomorrow and it is the prime responsibility of civil society to come forward and join hands to save our youth from anti social activities viz. Drug Addiction, Rape, Kidnapping, Militancy etc. Internationally known Meditation and Spiritual Music therapy guru and Motivational Speaker, Raj Kumar Dogra had performed similar kind of meditation and Spiritual workshops in London, Italy, France, Spain, North America,. Germany, Holland etc. In Jammu and Kashmir he is working free of cost for the last 15 years on Meditation and Spiritual Therapy. |
