Moreover, the people throw garbage in the drains which has blocked the flow of the water which comes back. Plying vehicles is is a difficult job and taking them to house. Even moving in the night is very risky and there is every chance of falling off. With the construction of lanes, the drains also suffered damage and dirty water of households has been overflowing. The lanes are not cleaned by the concerned authority," said KS Jastoria, SD Gupta, RK Raina, Shelja, Ajit Kumar, Sonali.

It takes around week to dry up the water creating filth and smell all around. We get fall ill due to disease caused from this smell, filth and have to spend alot of money on medicines ," said Rajinder Kumar, Rekha, Santosh, Poonam.
Lashing out at PDD, Ganga Ram said that PDD has placed its HT poles in his house premises. "Poles of HT Line have been installed in my house. I told PDD to remove it didn't listen to my plight. Department told us to provide another place for its realignment," he said.
An elderly woman of the area, Pushpa Devi has been facing difficulty in earning a livelihood."I have no source of income and I applied for Old Age Pension and initially I got few installments but later my pension was stopped due to unknown reasons. After that I started working Government school as a cook for mid day meal and for that i am paid Rs 900 but this amount is not paid regularly due to which i had to face huge difficulty for making both end meets," she said.
Narrating his woes , Raj Singh Charak said : "It has been 28 years working in Floriculture Department as daily wager but till date my service has not been regularized.
I am living in very tough time as I have three children and facing lot of difficulty in their upbringing. Many employees have been regularized in the department till date but my case has not been cleared by the department. Every time department raise some objection on my file"
