Kishtwar, Oct 23: In continuation of sports festival week, today Kishtwar Police organized *”Run for Unity”* from Char Chinar to Kuleed, Zelna, Butt petrol pump, Sangrambata and back to Char Chinar.
Number of students of 11th & 12th standard participated in the run for unity. Those who attained first, second & third position are shabaz Ahmed S/O Ishtaq Ahmed, Vijay Kumar S/O Suresh Kumar & Rohit Kumar S/O jhanak Raj. The participants were awarded with suitable cash reward, certificates and trophies. Those who attended the function Run for unity, includes Addl. SP Kishtwar Sh. Mushim Ahmed Deputy CO. IR 22th Bn. Sh. Daljeet Singh Dy. SP hqrs Sh.Devinder Singh Bandral, SDPO Atholi Sh. Pardeep Singh Sen Dy. SP DAR Sh. Dhreej Singh Katoch, Incharge DEPO Kishtwar Sh. Ravi Sen, Himanshu Sen and other officers of police department. During this event, the covid-19 protocol was followed fully. The Sr. Superintendent of Police Kishtwar Dr. Harmeet Singh Mehta thanked the public and participants and all coordinating agencies especially Youth & Sports deptt and media fraternity for their co-operation and huge participants. |
