SRINAGAR, Oct 29: The "over ambitious" Mission 44 plus of the Bharatiya Janta Party in Jammu and Kashmir is all set to turn into a "flop show" as the party is finding it difficult to locate the candidates at least in Kashmir region for the forthcoming Assembly polls slated to begin next month.
Sources told Early Times that the new entrants who have joined the party are "refusing to contest" the polls as they fear that they may face a "humiliating defeat" as barring a few none of them are that popular among the masses in Kashmir.

SRINAGAR, Oct 29: The Supreme Court has directed State Government to place within six weeks the report of Special Investigation Team into the killing of teenager Wamiq Farooq in Old City here in 2010.
"Learned senior counsel for the petitioners (State of J&K) is directed to place the outcome of the deliberations of the Special Investigation Team on the record of this case within six weeks," apex court's Division Bench comprising Justices Jagdish Singh Khehar and Arun Mishra said while hearing SLP filed by the State Government against High Court order in 2011.
