Jammu, Dec 21: A recent survey has revealed that nearly 53 pc government schools in Jammu and Kashmir are without toilet facilities. Moreover, the state is at 5th slot in the list of states and Union Territories across the country with highest number of schools without toilet facilities for students. This is not exactly the kind of milestone that gives the Omar-headed outgoing government much to cheer about.
