The Minister was addressing a public meeting after laying foundation stone of Hazrat Taj Baba(RA) Steel Foot Bridge at Lone Mohalla Aabi Nowpora Khanyar. Jammu, Apr 14 : The health services remained affected in Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu owing to the absence of junior doctors who went on strike in protest against mishandling of their colleagues by relatives of a deceased patient in the emergency wing of the hospital last night. The junior doctors went on strike after previous night's incident. Last night a scuffle broke out between junior doctors and relatives of a patient namely Vishal Sharma of Phalayamandal in the Hospital premises, who died in GMC&H where he was admitted for treatment. JAMMU, Apr 13 : Documentary on Mubarak Mandi Complex and coronation of Maharaja Hari Singh was the main attraction on the second day of three day Baisakhi Festival jointly organized by Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society and Department of Tourism.
MLA Jammu East Ashok Khajuria was the chief guest on the second day of festival. He lighted the tradition lamp on the occasion.

Jammu, Apr 14 : National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) on Sunday demanded release of 8 percent Dearness Allowance (DA) and merger of 50 percent DA into basic pay and pension for both Central and State Government employees and pensioners.
