Jammu, July 18: In a biggest catch of the recent times, the sleuths of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Army mowed down a hard core terrorist and the country's top most operative of Laskhar-e-Toiba militant outfit.
The dreaded terrorist killed in an encounter in Bhaderwah is believed to be the killer of valiant Deputy Superintendent of Police Shailly Singh.
Abu Umar, who coordiantes the militant outfit's operations in the country, was killed during a search operation by police and Rahtriya Rifles personnel which took place in Banderwah area of the district early this morning.

Jammu, July 18: After a snub from the Members of the Planning Commission of India on snail placed rehabilitation work, the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today pulled up his officers to restore the public utilities in earthquake hit areas of north Kashmir.
