NEW DELHI, JULY 24: India's Foreign Office has received a message from Islamabad, divulging Pakistan's fresh plea to the United States for supply of more modern helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft to boost its anti-terror and anti-narcotics operations along its border with Afghanistan and Iran.

Srinagar, July 24 :-Security and intelligence agencies are on toes. Their men and officers have been carrying out regular drill for ensuring an incident free two-day stay of President,Dr A.P.J.Kalam.
Dr Kalam is scheduled to visit Leh on July 28 where he will visit Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre and the Degree College. In the afternoon he is scheduled to fly to Srinagar where in the evening he will address the joint session of the state Legislature.
